1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:

You received the wrong item
The product is not as described
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible:
Product must be unused and in original condition
Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
Must provide an unboxing video as proof
Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt) is required
Items not eligible for return:
Used or damaged items (after delivery)
Sale items / discounted products
Personal care, cosmetics, undergarments
Digital or downloadable products
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days
Refund will be made through bKash/Nagad/Bank (depending on your payment method)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was wrong or damaged.
4. Exchange Policy
If you want an exchange instead of refund:
You can exchange for the same item or similar priced item
Exchange depends on product availability
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
Within 2 hours of placing the order
After 2 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the product is already packed or shipped
